These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the pritrdi.me website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or place an order.
We sell precision 3D-printed license plate holders designed for EU/UK standard plates. Products are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (for example, in the case of fraudulent activity or supply issues), in which case a full refund will be issued.
Product images on the site are representative. Minor colour or texture variations may occur between batches due to the nature of 3D printing. These variations do not constitute a defect.
Custom text personalisation (up to 12 characters) is available. You are responsible for ensuring that any text you submit does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are shown clearly on the product page before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you see at the time of placing your order is the price you pay.
Receipt of your tracking code constitutes confirmation that your order has been received. A binding contract of sale is formed at this point.
If you provided an email address, we may send order updates to that address. We are not obligated to send email confirmations.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are never stored by us. Payment is captured at the time of order placement.
If you choose bank transfer, your order is placed immediately and we reserve the product for you. You must complete the bank transfer within 3 business days, using your tracking code as the payment reference. Orders not paid within 3 business days may be cancelled.
Payment is made in cash to the delivery courier upon receipt of your order. The delivery surcharge of €7.50 applies to cover the additional handling cost. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to charge a return shipping fee.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a status update if you provided a phone number or email address.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received - please contact the carrier directly in this case.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error or a defective product.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion, including return shipping costs.
Products with custom text are produced specifically for you and are non-refundable except in the case of a defect or our error.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, unless the product is personalised or custom-made. Your statutory consumer rights under Slovenian law and EU law are not affected by these Terms.
