Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24 April 2026  ·  Effective immediately

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies pritrdi.me uses, why we use them, and what choices you have. We keep our cookie use to the strict minimum needed to operate the site and process payments.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the site remember information between page visits. Similar technologies include sessionStorage and localStorage - browser-based storage areas that work like cookies but are never sent to servers automatically.

2. Cookies We Use

We use very few cookies. The table below lists everything stored in your browser when you visit pritrdi.me.

Name / Key Type Purpose Duration Party
admin_token sessionStorage Stores the admin's JWT login session. Only written if you access the admin panel at /admin. Never set for regular visitors. Until browser tab closes First party
admin_name sessionStorage Stores the admin's username for display in the admin panel. Only written if you access /admin. Until browser tab closes First party
Cart data JavaScript variable (in-memory) Your shopping cart is stored only in browser memory during your session - it is not saved to sessionStorage, localStorage, or cookies. It resets when you leave or refresh the page. During page visit only First party
Stripe cookies Cookie / localStorage When you choose to pay by card, Stripe.js sets cookies used for fraud detection and payment authentication. These are strictly necessary for the payment to function securely. See Stripe's cookie settings. Varies (session to 1 year) Third party (Stripe)

3. What We Do NOT Use

We want to be clear about what we do not use:

4. Legal Basis

Under the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR:

Because we use no non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner. If we ever add optional cookies (e.g., analytics), we will update this policy and request your consent.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Here are links to instructions for the most common browsers:

Please note that deleting Stripe's cookies may affect the security features of card payment processing. Deleting the admin sessionStorage keys will log out any admin session.

6. Third-Party Services

Stripe

Stripe is a payment processing service. When you choose card payment, Stripe.js (loaded from js.stripe.com) runs in your browser and may set cookies or use localStorage to detect fraud and verify your identity as part of the payment flow. Stripe is responsible for its own cookies under its Privacy Policy and Cookie Settings.

Stripe.js is only loaded when you actively choose to pay by card. It is not loaded on initial page visit.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we change the technologies we use. Any material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
